You accept these Terms of Service when using StatementPro. If you are not happy with these terms, then please don't use our website.

2. Description of Service

StatementPro is an online application for turning PDF bank statements into an excel spreadsheet (.xlsx) and csv file (.csv). The service is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

3. User Authorization

You acknowledge that you are the owner of, or have the authority to convert any document that you upload to StatementPro. You will not upload illegal files or files that are not authorised.

4. Checking Converted Data

Each bank will have a different bank statement layout. Our software aims for high accuracy, but there is always a risk of error - it is your responsibility to verify the quantities, dates and amounts from the converted PDF before using them for tax or accounting purposes.

5. No Financial Advice

StatementPro is not an accounting firm or financial advisor. This information is not a substitute for legal or professional tax or financial counseling.

6. Limitation of Liability

The owner and StatementPro shall not be responsible for any damages caused by your use of the Web site or the converted files.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms can be amended at any time and without prior notice.
